Jobs Description

We offer Turkish and Greek dishes with a focus on speed, quality and service. Must be clean, friendly, able to work on weekends, holidays and flexible hours. Familiarity with popular sandwiches such as the Gyro, Falafel and appetizers such Hummus, Dolmades, Baba Ghanoush etc. is a plus.

Areas of Responsibility

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Set up and Close store

-Take orders, Prepare Food and Serve customers

-Memorize entire menu

-Refill and Stock

-Help with tasks in kitchen and front counter

-Grill various meats to proper temperature and assure quality and freshness

-Prepare plates, salads, fried goods, etc.

-Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude to customers at all time (A must)

Education / Experience Requirements

Must have valid WA state food handler's permit

-Must have at least 1 year of work experience (in restaurants preferred)

-Must be willing to work hard and strive for excellence

-Must be able to handle pressure

-Must be a team player

-Must have excellent customer skills
