Code of Conduct

Outlet Collection Seattle is focused on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask all guests to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful way in accordance with our Code of Conduct and all laws, rules, regulations, and local ordinances.

  1. Wear appropriate clothing.
  2. Disruptive or disorderly behavior is prohibited.
  3. No firearms or other weapons of any kind.
  4. Possession of open alcoholic beverages except in designated areas is prohibited.
  5. Smoking, including vaping, except in designated outdoor areas is prohibited.
  6. No solicitation.
  7. No loitering.
  8. No unauthorized photography or videography.
  9. No overnight parking
    Unnecessary blocking of walkways, roadways or storefronts is prohibited.
  10. Operating unauthorized recreational and/or personal transportation devices is prohibited.
Additional examples of specific prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  1. Violations of federal, state or local law.
  2. Any activity that threatens the safety of our guests, retailers or employees.
  3. Any activity that threatens the well-being of our property.
  4. Any activity that disrupts our enjoyable, family friendly environment.
  5. Any activity inconsistent with the general purpose of our shopping center.
  6. Any activity that would disrupt normal business activity.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or the lawful or reasonable requests by Outlet Collection Seattle management or security personnel may result in your loss of the privilege to use the shopping center and/or criminal prosecution, where applicable.

Outlet Collection Seattle Parking Policies

NOT PERMITTED – ALL VEHICLES

  1. Loitering in the vehicle or parking lot
  2. Parking in time limit areas for longer than the posted time limit
  3. Vehicles parked on property after 2am will be cited for overnight parking
  4. Parking in red zones
  5. Parking that blocks ADA ramps or paths
  6. Parking the opposite direction of traffic
  7. Parking on curbs, sidewalks, on top of rocks, or in planters
  8. Parking in any areas not properly marked as a parking zone (ie must be parking in a loading dock delivering, an ADA space, electric vehicle designated parking, motorcycle parking, or a marked parking space. All other parking is prohibited)
  9. Commercial/Oversized vehicles that do not fit within the marked parking lot spaces; Parking outside of a marked space, in multiple spaces, or in areas hindering traffic is prohibited.

NOT PERMITTED —DELIVERIES/VENDORS

  1. Deliveries parking anywhere except for loading docks (receiving zones) and all deliveries must go through the loading docks and back corridors (ie nothing through the entrance doors or through the Center). Parking in loading docks for more than 15 minutes without prior approval from security/management.
  2. Bringing pallet jacks or pallets into the property common areas, mall entrances, or anywhere with tile
  3. Propping any doors open during deliveries
  4. Delivery trucks can park along the side and wait for receiving zones to clear for use, as long as no other parking policies above are violated.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING (EVC) STATIONS

  1. Electric Vehicle Charging parking is two hours maximum before citation.
  2. Vehicle does not need to be occupied if owner is shopping/dining nearby
